Very talented, but disappointing
It was disappointing to many that I spoke to. vaultboy is unquestionably very talented, both lyrically and musically. However, all artists should remember that their success is largely due to radio and television exposure. Therefore, they should perform the songs that are commonly heard on the radio. vaultboy failed to include "Your Body is a Wonderland," "Say," or "Daughters" in the setlist. Moreover, the encore consisted of just one song, which was also not a familiar hit to radio listeners. I would have preferred leaving early if I had known!
A balance should always be sought in life, or at least attempted. Regrettably, vaultboy did not strike a balance between popular hits and lesser-known songs during this concert. I left feeling very disappointed and regretted spending money on this show. Consequently, I cannot recommend attending this performance.
